At 55, I never imagined I would have taken up Taekwon-Do 5 months ago, if not for my daughter. Taekwondo-Do is keeping me in good shape and has instilled confidence in me that I can do some of the Taekwondo-Do moves that I never thought I could do. It's inspiring to me. Of course it's never easy to keep up with my esteemed colleagues but I train at my pace and try to push myself a little every time. It's a satisfying feeling.
